Envirotec offers a full range of asbestos management related services, from initial building inspections, surveys and inventories, through to risk assessments, feasibility studies, complete decontamination projects, ‘Asbestos-safe’ & ‘Asbestos-free’ certification, and on to fitting and replacing products and renovation works.

Belgian law has demanded asbestos inventories since 01 January 1995. The inventory should identify the types of asbestos present within the building and the forms, quantities and condition in which they exist. In the case where this inventory has not yet been established Envirotec can execute these works.

In cases where either the management program deems it necessary or the client wants to pursue the removal / encapsulation of the asbestos containing materials in a building, Envirotec will carry out a complete evaluation of the works to be undertaken.
